Respect people and boundaries
No harassment, bullying, threats, hate, unwanted contact, sexual content, impersonation, scams, or sharing another person's private information.
Be honest about gatherings
Describe the activity, audience, time, and location accurately. Coordinators should communicate material changes promptly.
Use good judgment in person
Meet in appropriate places, tell someone where you are going, arrange your own safe transportation, and leave any situation that feels unsafe.
Report concerns early
Use Report on a group, message, or member. Reports are private and reviewed by app administrators.
Additional youth-group safeguards
- Youth groups require at least two active coordinators.
- People must request access or be invited; youth groups cannot be open-join.
- Use appropriate group communication rather than private one-to-one arrangements with minors.
- Use visible, appropriate meeting locations and follow applicable parental, organizational, and local requirements.
These product safeguards support good coordination, but do not verify church callings, perform background checks, or replace parental supervision.
If someone may be in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services or an appropriate trusted adult first. The in-app report queue is not monitored as an emergency service.
